Snowden and Truth

Post by maeghan » Fri May 30, 2014 7:40 am

Hmmmm, so up until a few hours ago my faith had been assured that Snowden was a genuine character.

Well, then I watched a recent video of Corbett's https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=194IwWpM7JE

and then I searched and found this: http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2013 ... ecame-one/

Over the past year I've considered the idea that he was just a patsy and after watching the interview he had with Brian Williams on NBC http://www.nbcnews.com/feature/edward-s ... en-n117126

I thought that he was genuine.

So then there is the possibility that the arstechnica stuff is lies but I just don't know. What are y'alls thoughts?

I think most of these "reports" ARE the disinformation, designed to discredit someone in public opinion. They just read too much like a bad soap opera.

So then by reports (I want to make sure I am not misinterpreting your statement) you are referring to the corbett report and the arstechnica report.

After watching his interview I got the sense that he was genuine; I'm not an expert but I'm pretty good at sensing if someone is telling the truth or not. A person's tone of voice is very important.

(Then at the same time I lean towards having aspergers and not being able to do have a theory of mind.) For me it's all about sensing things.

I laugh at myself right now cause I should be recording and getting some tracks done. :)

Thanks for your reply Daniel :)

Since daniel once mentioned to watch people's eyes while they are speaking "extemporaneously" on camera, I forced myself to sit down and watch this disinfomercial to see if I would notice it. Both Snowden and Williams were looking off camera to the same exact spot during the entire performance, as if the whole thing were scripted. Yes, people do look off into space when organizing thoughts sometimes (I do) but not to the exact same spot every time, and by both people. There was some kind of portable screen or something (teleprompter?) facing both of them and it seemed to be the focus of their attention. Snowden also mentioned he was still an employee, but what employer would keep someone on the payroll after a supposed betrayal like this?

That's my observation. I've basically tuned out of mainstream media but if I do see something once in a while, I keep seeing that "eye thing" everywhere. If daniel hadn't mentioned it, I probably would not have caught it at all. Interesting.

Yeah, I didn't notice that. I would have to go back and watch. I don't know about this one, this one has me stumped. I also don't watch much television, my husband does however. One thing that is interesting is this:

I made a few comments on Snowden (and Julian Assange and "Chelsea" Manning) a few months ago. [1][2][3]

Yes, it did. Apart from being a star,[8][9] - also looking quite calm, confident, and good at speaking in public -, he obviously became the "Rector of the University of Glasgow, and serves on the Freedom of the Press Foundation board of directors".[10] Some even call him "Putin's useful idiot" etc.[11][12][13] I remember that when I watched some of Gen. Alexander's public appearances after Snowden's Revelations, he didn't look too much concerned over this - but maybe he just received a good PR lesson from his staff. On the other hand, several investigative journalists and whistleblowers made more or less successful reports about this topic several years or even decades before certain news companies decided to massively publicize Snowden.[14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22]
Williams said the 30-year-old with a stubbled chin and broken eyeglasses appeared to be both confident and careful. [...] Williams said, "I'd been told he was demonstrably smart in person, and he seems to be just that. He speaks with precision -- and while he admittedly has had months to prepare for this interview and has his own set of talking points, he spoke in a steady cadence, interrupted by an occasional long pause, after which he would often apologize while he gathered his thoughts." I made a quick look at the 'arstechnica' article and I noticed, for example, that he was labeled as a "Ron Paul man" and that "his social views veered libertarian, too", [4] while on the NBC interview web page, I read that he "described himself as a patriot for trying to stop violations of the Constitution". [5]

In light of Ken's (brilliant) recent articles, I find the above choice of (carefully written and edited) words very interesting - they sound a bit Batmanish, don't they? [6] All this reminds me on the so called Operation American Spring - let's not forget that this first interview for the US media was made in May (the month of the past world revolutions, during springtime): [7]
  • Ken from Redefining God Blog wrote:Operation American Spring is intended to kick off that "intensifying domestic political turmoil." It is also aimed to culminate in the takedown of the top politicians and their replacement by controlled opposition leaders like Sarah Palin, Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, Ron Paul, etc. This will create the illusion that the instigators of America's fall have been taken out and replaced by leaders who will bring real change. Needless to say, that's bullsh*t, and will represent only a symbolic changing of the guard.
It's political science, which with a bit of propaganda (= media) works like magic. Also, to make the situation even more chaotic, Leo Zagami went to the US in March, supposedly in an attempt to make a revolution against the "NWO".
  • Ken from Redefining God Blog wrote:Demonstrations are a way of allowing the population to blow off steam and believe they're doing something about an issue while actually leaving behind no real change. This is why the Occulted Powers go to so much trouble organizing demonstrations for us. What they DO NOT want us to do is start meeting with our neighbors to talk about common issues and to begin non-hierarchically organizing to exert real, constructive, cooperative political power.
    [...]
We are playing a chess game against a globalist "elite" who are working their old dialectic gambit against us. We must recognize it for what it is and counter them differently than we have in the past. Make no mistake, if you show up for OAS, you are providing cover for the government agents who will drive the action towards the globalists' ends. Forget about Washington and organize your street and neighborhood instead.
Let's see if I can find an example:
    • Image
According to the source, the photo was taken before Oct 18 2011, while on Oct 19, the registrant changed the address. [8][9]

I guess I just had a little bit of 'hope' that one person can make a difference, make a blow to the system. I should have known better.

On a completely unrelated topic, one of my favorite artists performed for a Hurricane Katrina benefit many years ago. Here's the performance ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RGYBP1_D1U ... on second thought ... it's not completely unrelated when you read the lyrics:

The sky is not the same shade of blue
Every single thing
I believe isn't true

Missing in a maze of monochrome
How did I get here
How can I go home?

The echoes in my eyes
Of all they used to see
Burning down the world
The ashes and debris
And all that's left of me
Non-entity

Try to stand in line
Try to obey
The ghosts of what I was keep getting in the way
Staring at the sun
Blinded by the light

Now I'm afraid I'm fading out of sight

The echoes in my eyes
Of all they used to see
Burning down the world
Ashes and debris
And all that's left of you
And all that's left of me
All have washed away
Non-entity

I'll never forget what Bruce Wayne said to a young policeman while they were driving in a car in Batman: Dark Knight Rises. He practically said to him that Batman was never meant to be a single hero, a human being who "saves the world from injustice", but a symbol for bravery in every person's heart.

Very true and I understand this. I tell a good friend of mine who doesn't think that we can go up against the TPTB and I tell him we can and it's really really easy ... awareness. Awareness is the key. :)

Things like Snowden trick me. Other things like 9/11 and Sandy Hook I see through right away.

If anybody feels "screwed" right now, it would be the cabal.
They have done a few things, to get us slightly conditioned.
Maybe the are putting out hints... All these recent "scandals".
Due to the multiple, warring factions, simply broken on deciding on what to do and who to blame.
Panic...
Just today, a lot appears to be crumbling in mainstream media.
Ugly truths are coming out. Good right?
Not to most Americans.
To build up anger, get people cranked up; it makes things worse.
I think synchronicity is contributing to these purges in the Gov/media.
Or the "disclosure efforts".
Of course, most news-watching people think nowhere near like us, so "a little goes a long way".
Sooner or later, it will be our turn. We will get our appropriate dose of truth...
