If you think that with Chi/Qi you manipulate matter i.e. Telekinesis for one then yes. In Mo Pai Nei Kung it is done this way, they harvest enormous amounts of chi within the body and use it to numerous things, healing etc. There are several videos in youtube where certain people do those things and alot of other videos are faked so, few ones seem to be quite truthful. Well I certainly believe they are since I have understanding of the things that are happening. "John Chang" videos are those that are good ones at least and his apprentice late "Jim McMillan"(if I recall his name correctly) has at least one video as well where he demonstrates telekinesis. Though this kind of practice takes years to get any results depending how convictioned one is to the practice of course.
Oh and yes Chi/Qi is intelligent energy it is explained in Daniel papers, can't remember which one though. It is also known that "Where mind goes Chi follows" in Taoism it alone means that the energy is intelligent and follows orders.
BTW. Not entirely sure what "intelligent energy" Ra actually means, since I don't believe in such things(channelings) anymore, but I think it is Chi.
Using Chi to manipulate matter looks like its takes an extraordinary amount of effort. It is not what I'm thinking of. I will read the paper on Shen energy again tomorrow.
I was talking before to daniel about magick and was of the consensus that magick is applying time/space in consciousness into space/time to affect matter, but when he said "The substance of the universe is not matter, but motion," it led me to think of magical substance as being just Motion, which is understandable. Magic, in motion, changes the physical world in accordance with the Will, and it must be intelligent. Think of Disney's Merlin or Harry Potter where the brooms and mops are cleaning the kitchens or the destroyed living room magically puts itself back together.
I've had three magical occurrences in my recent life. They were all unintentional, but they were all caused by a unique emotion of varying power, but I would say all of them had a "freeing" component to them. I shall describe the most recent magical moment, which I hope will explain why I am looking into intelligent energy.
I was on the couch with the TV on and I was talking with nobody around like there were magical professors around. Colleagues. I was how a sex spell I cast earlier had amusing consequences. I had cast my intentions and desires with a wand using improvised, lyrical incantations. When I had enough, I put the wand down and said Ok, I've had enough, and went about the rest of my day. When I awoke the next morning, I had an undeniable sense of giddy inside of me. I wanted to go to my favorite restaurant across town. As I was dressing I knew that it felt magical. I was energetic. I didn't know what was going to happen, but I wanted to find out anyway. So I drove there. I sat down at the bar, and five minutes later this young blonde, who has been vegan longer than I have, sits down next to me. I didn't really think much about it at first, but I started talking to her just because I ought to. We got along exceptionally well. I got her FB. Flirted, but she had a BF.
When I was talking about this on the couch, I laughed when I was explaining that while the spell worked, it brought about unintentional consequences. It brought me to an amazing, and I mean, very sexually appealing woman, whom if I pursued persistently, I would be able to be with sexually. But I realized she wasn't worth it. She was one of those Marilyn Monroe kind of girls. Loves to take pictures of herself. I've been with a girl like that, (this is the point of the story) and I just laughed talking about this story in this way like I was with a bunch of people that knew about magic, and I felt free in a way, discriminating, I guess? Saying, this girl is no good for me, without a doubt. I said, "[those Marilyn Monroe girls] are mindnumbing! And the TV changed the channel to a PBS show.
There were two remotes next to me but on the other cushion. There was no physical contact with them. They didn't fall between the cushions. Nothing. I look back up at the TV to watch what is happening. I'm watching a boy and a girl on the beach being stalked by a rouge police officer. It's a british comedy. There's a man arguing with a waiter that he is being served a dead lobster. "Of course I'm not serving you a dead lobster, there governa'!" Along those lines. The wife is saying not to make a big deal out of it. The cop somehow makes it up to the restaurant. They're all bickering all British-like, the cop pulls his taser, and fires at the man, but he dodges it and it hits his wife. The show was SOOOOOOO MINDNUMBING.
That's what I put together when it happened. I immediately wrote the whole experience down. Something happened when I least expected it even though I've been wanting to do magic. There was an intelligent energy involved. My vibration laughing, talking about how a spell went wrong to imaginary people, caused the TV to change the channel to a TV program that matched that same vibration. Accio Mind-numbing! (in a way.) What kind of energy can correspond so accurately, Mind-numbing to mind-numbing?
I have two more examples that are along suit. But this is extensive enough, and I must get to bed for my flight tomorrow. I hope to hear some thoughts. I'm meant to figure this stuff out. It is a science. It must be.
