I read the Graham Hancock paper also. I completely disagree with the paper. Hancock is not what this papers author suggests. How do I know that? My gut...my intuition.

The author comes off as an anti drug advocate with paranoid schizophrenic tendencies. Everybody is the boogie man and they're all out to get me. Granted, boogie men do exist. However, Graham Hancock is not one of them. I would think a real "psyop" would be to try and convince others what this paper is attempting.

Of course, this is just my opinion. Feel free to disagree.
