What do u guys make of this?

First few minutes of what this guy is talking about regarding time (rest of video is about a bunch of other stuff)

He refers to Anderson as a "time scientist" and pointed to his website. It looks like its based on mainstream understanding, but there might be more this person since Peter Moon does refer to the sight of a 4-day flower blooming in 3 minutes, so there seems to be legit time manipulation going on:
