@wherami suma and breathe (fungi perfecti) really help. For really bad chemie-asthma try black seed oil (tsp) on hot tea, and sip it.
Whaddya think? A friend has come back from California and is coughing a lot. We suspect it's from the bad air out there ie chemtrails
