PSI

Post by PeacefulMe » Mon Mar 04, 2013 10:55 am

I'm feeling lost or left out here. Does everyone have a certain level of PSI but something is blocking it or keeping it from being recongnized? Do we need it to ascend? Is it something we can activate through a certain practice? What, if anything, can we do to activate it? I don't seem to be having much success in meditation either and it can be rather frustrating. I just feel like I'm missing something. I just can't seem to keep my mind quiet enough to meditate...it talks a mile a minute about anything and everything. My mind doesn't stop. There is always some conversation going on inside my head about things I want to do, need to do or did. Maybe I'm just trying too hard in meditation...or don't have the right tool to assist me. Anyway, any feedback would be greatly appreciated :D

Do not distress yourself.
I can't meditate for toffee.
I used to be part of a prayer/meditation group and they used to reassure me that my snoring was never too intrusive during the meditation sessions.
You don't need to do anything special, according to Tolec. Just be nice, that's all.

What do we have to do, is there anything special we have to do in our lives to become 4D, 4th dimensional, people when January 2014 arrives?

ANSWER: Nothing. There is nothing you "have to do", nothing "special you have to do", in order to evolve and transform into a 4D human being. This is a natural process of evolution for this planet. Just be here on Earth. Just be who you are. That is all you need to do. For people who are cruel, mean, spiteful, hateful, vicious, self serving... this is another proposition altogether.

To achieve a "proper" meditative state there is no need for any "tools" such as crystals or anything else. You are correct about that the mind is always "talking", however you can ignore these random "ambient" noises and focus your thinking on one thing and one thing only for as long as you no longer notice the "chatter" and still keep thinking of this one specific thing. These things can be anything your problems or just thinking about rock and its purpose in this solid state or whatever.

There was one video on youtube which teaches one meditation techineque and first thing you need to focus on is to observe your breathing. This video was deleted from there, but maybe there is the same video just a different user and name sligtly different.

Regarding meditation... I do not use conventional techniques, but the opposite (not that everything we know is backwards...) I do not attempt to quiet my mind, but attempt to listen and pay attention to what it is saying. Once those voices get their say and know they were heard, then they have nothing more to say.

Regarding Psi... it is like any other skill. Practice makes perfect. Try guessing who is calling when the phone rings, before looking at the caller ID. When you wake up in the morning, take a guess at what the sky looks like outside, before you look out the window. Simple things are all that is needed to start the process.

I just read an article about meditation that seems relevant here. "When I first became interested in meditation, back in the mid-sixties, I was repeatedly told that it took great mental discipline and many years of practice. Indian teachers had likened the mind to a wagonload of restless monkeys that needed to be tied down and kept quiet... Then I chanced upon Transcendental Meditation. Its teacher, the Maharishi of Beatles fame, challenged the whole notion of trying to control the mind. The monkeys, he pointed out, were wanting something–more bananas perhaps. Give them what they want and they will settle down of their own accord. So with the mind; it is restless because we are seeking something."

I heard an interview with Russell Targ not too long ago on RedIce. In it he mentions a software program that he help develop for NASA a couple decades ago that he had recently ported to the iPhone. It's free and worth checking out if you have an iPhone (not sure if its available for other platforms). I've been playing with it for a few of weeks and have actually seen improvements in my overall score. I think I actually prefer Daniel's suggested 'lo tech' approach better but it's a convenient app if you want to kill some time while on the throne. ^_^
